SUPPORT FOR LOSS AND GRIEF
Helping you to process grief openly with true care
Grief is a deeply personal journey, not a straight line to healing. Some days may feel lighter, while others may carry a heavy sorrow, which is a natural part of the grieving process. In therapy, I honour the truth that grief is not something to “get over,” but something we learn to carry and live alongside with time and care.
My approach to supporting loss and grief is based on the understanding that mourning involves tasks such as accepting the reality of the loss, working through the emotional pain, adjusting to a new world without our loved ones, the loss of a relationship, or work and even the migration process or health challenges. And finding a meaningful way to stay connected while continuing to live. These stages do not happen in a predictable order — your feelings may shift from sadness to anger to peace, and back again. This fluctuation is not a sign of weakness but a reflection of your deep love and connection.
Through a client-centred and compassionate space, I offer a place where your sorrow is respected, there is no rush to “move on,” and where your story is listened to with care and without judgment. Whether you are facing the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or grieving other significant life changes, therapy can help you make meaning of your experience, find your own rhythm of healing, and reconnect with hope when you are ready.
Healing is possible in your own time and in your own way. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone — I am here to walk with you.
